Can Britney Spears' image get any worse? If she were smart she would do a small stint in rehab, blame her sloppy image on drugs and alcohol and debut a new clean and sobber image in People magazine.

That's good advice. If only she would take it. I'd add that she needs to shave her head and stay home and enjoy her babies until it grows back.
