Thanks to every trick in modern medicine, she's improved quite a bit. But don't let her near an open flame, or all her plastic parts might melt.
Aside from her nose and hair I don't think she has changed for the better.
Did she get new boobs too? I don't remember her being quite so busty. I think her nose is a huge improvement but I don't like the fake hair.
