Joe's a dad who is skeevy. George is a dad who's killed off too many brain cells with all that cocaine he did in the '70s.
It's a close race, but Joe wins by a nose! (Or perhaps an enormous chin that his daughters seem to have inherited.)

As much as I hate Bush, and I mean HATE, Papa Joe is the creepier dad by far. I don't think George Dubya taps anything with his daughters besides a keg.
